Swiss companies exporting to the EU or selling via e-commerce are directly affected, including both B2B and B2C shipments. This regulation does not apply to shipments within Switzerland.
Other key deadlines are coming up in 2028 (harmonized labeling) and then 2030 (mandatory recyclability and a maximum of 50% empty space in packages).
